Hotel Reservation Deadline: 30 August
The HBA has reserved a limited number of rooms that are available on a first come, first served basis at a rate of $389 CAD/night plus state and local taxes for single and double occupancy. There is an additional $30 CAD per person, per night charge for triple and quadruple occupancy rooms.
Access to the room block will remain open until Friday, 30 August, or until all rooms are booked, whichever occurs first.

Valet Parking:
- Valet parking spots are available on a first come first serve basis as the hotel has a limited number of spots.
- Hotel Valet Parking hourly rate is $25.00/hr + tax ($28.25). After 3 hours, the charge is $60.00+tax ($67.80), which is the per day cost.
- Oversized vehicles are $75+ tax = $84.75.
- There is no self-park option at the Hotel.

- $4.00/half hour
- Day Maximum (7am – 6pm) $22.00
- Night Maximum (6pm – 7am) $7.00
- Sat/Sun/Holidays Maximum (7am – 7am): $9.00
- Billing for this parking is not affiliated with the Hotel.
- Guests can walk directly from Parking to Hotel via underground PATH system.
