In this signature culinary experience with James Beard Award-winning chef Hugo Ortega, participants will explore how the principles behind exceptional hospitality, team leadership, and craft translate into meaningful impact far beyond the kitchen.

In this reflective expressive arts experience led by Dr. Lorena Fernandez, participants will explore identity, self-expression, and resilience through guided creative practice and mask-making.

Drawing from expressive arts approaches designed to support personal insight, emotional awareness, and human connection, this experience invites participants to step outside of constant performance and engage in thoughtful reflection through creativity and artistic exploration.
