To get the most out of your time at the 2025 HBA Annual Conference in Las Vegas, we encourage you to arrive early and stay through the closing moments. While official programming begins on Tuesday, we’ve designed Monday’s Pre-Conference offerings to provide valuable opportunities for learning, networking, and connection. You won’t want to miss a minute! 

Even if you don’t plan to attend Monday’s sessions, we still recommend arriving by Monday afternoon so you can settle in and fully enjoy everything Las Vegas—and the stunning Fontainebleau property—has to offer. Before joining us at the Welcome Reception Monday evening, why not explore the Fontainebleau’s restaurants, pools, or spa? You could try your luck at a game of Blackjack or even take in one of Las Vegas’ world-class shows.  

Booking your travel early ensures you can take advantage of the best rates and fully immerse yourself in all that #HBAAC25 has to offer. 

Schedule at a Glance: 

Monday, 29 September (Pre-Conference Day): 9 AM – 8 PM 
Pre-Conference sessions, Leadership Summits, social gatherings, and Welcome Reception 

Tuesday, 30 September (Conference Day 1): 8 AM – 5:30 PM 
Breakfast followed by a full day of programming  

Wednesday, 1 October (Conference Day 2): 8 AM – 2:30 PM 

Recommended Travel Plans: 

We strongly recommend planning your arrival by Monday morning (or Sunday evening if you want to settle in) so you can join our Welcome Reception and other pre-conference opportunities. To enjoy the full experience, please plan your departure for after 4 PM on Wednesday so you don’t miss our closing programming.
