Yoga **SOLD OUT**

Don’t namaste in bed! Start your morning with a yoga class taught by local Chicagoland instructors:
- Masha Liokumovich will lead a “Feel Good Yoga” class to rejuvenate your morning with modifications allowing adaptability for all skill levels.
- Dr. Mary Ella Wood will combine vinyasa, yin/restorative yoga, and meditation to address physical and mental wellbeing. Throughout the class, Dr. Wood will share insights into yoga from the perspective of her medical background.
