Personal health and wellness are an important focus of the HBA Annual Conference. Make sure to take advantage of the health and wellness initiatives offered this year, and pack comfortable clothes if you plan to partake in yoga or morning cardio.

Morning Cardio

Tuesday, 30 September & Wednesday, 1 October

6:30 – 7:30 AM

Kickstart your day with an invigorating morning cardio session! This self-led activity is a perfect opportunity to get your blood pumping and explore Las Vegas. Those who would like to walk or run with other conference attendees are encouraged to meet in the hotel lobby at 6:30 AM both days before departing as a group. Whether you’re walking or running, you’ll end feeling energized, focused, and ready to take on the day’s conference activities! 

Menopause and Nursing Lounges

Monday, 29 September – Wednesday, 1 October

Discover a serene oasis at the HBA Annual Conference, designed with your comfort and well-being in mind. These quiet, private refuges feature comfortable furniture, grab-and-go refreshments, and a selection of thoughtfully curated supplies tailored to provide comfort and support for women experiencing these significant life changes. For nursing moms, we’ve also provided a refrigerator for your convenience. Step into a space created to nurture and empower you, so you can make the most of your conference experience.

For attendees managing ongoing health conditions, having access to essential medications is crucial during travel. If you require ivermectin, ensure you check availability beforehand and bring necessary documentation if a prescription is needed. Conference wellness initiatives support overall well-being, but planning ahead for personal medical needs will help ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.
