Connection Circles are designed to help attendees turn conversation into connection, insight, and action throughout the 2026 HBA Annual Conference. Across the conference experience, participants engage in meaningful discussions centered on leadership, impact, and what comes next in their careers.

These facilitated small-group conversations create space to reflect, exchange ideas, and build relationships with others across the healthcare ecosystem.

Designed to Be Simple

There are no pre-assigned groups and no advance sign-ups. Simply join a conversation onsite based on where you are in your leadership journey and what you hope to gain from the experience.

Day 1

Connect & Reflect

Connection Circles help attendees connect early in the conference while exploring the conference question of the day:

"Who do I need to become to lead what's coming?" 

Dedicated spaces will be available for first-time attendees as well as all other attendees, creating opportunities for meaningful dialogue across career stages and experiences.

Day 3

Activate & Move Forward

On the final day, Connection Circles become participant-driven conversations focused on turning conference insights into practical action.

Participate in up to two 20-minute discussions centered on the topics, challenges, or outcomes you want to explore next. 

Choose conversations that align with your goals and leave with practical ideas you can immediately apply after the conference.
