Overview of Coaching Experience

At the HBA Annual Conference 2026, coaching is not an add-on. It is a core part of how leaders translate insight into action.

As part of the Empowerment Zone, the coaching experience provides attendees with dedicated space to pause, reflect, and activate what comes next in their leadership journey. In a fast-moving environment where leaders are expected to continuously deliver, coaching creates a rare opportunity to step back, gain perspective, and move forward with intention.

Attendees will have the opportunity to sign up for a complimentary 30-minute 1:1 coaching session with an experienced executive coach. Coaches will connect with their assigned participants prior to the conference to ensure each session is focused, relevant, and impactful.

Coaching sessions will take place onsite during scheduled Empowerment Zone hours across conference days 2 and 3.

Examples of Coaching Topics

Why This Matters

Across three days, the conference is designed around the questions leaders are asking right now:

  • Who do I need to become to lead what’s coming?
  • How do I create meaningful impact in complex organizations?
  • What am I intentionally building toward next?

Coaching is where those questions become personal—and where insight turns into action.
