Leadership Strategy Lab Facilitators & Industry Experts
Guide highly interactive workshop style learning experiences designed around real leadership challenges and opportunities facing today’s healthcare workforce. Leadership Strategy Labs combine practical insight, peer exchange, and active learning across a variety of leadership personas and topics.
Connection Circle Facilitators
Guide small group conversations that help attendees build meaningful connections, reflect on leadership questions, and translate conference insights into practical next steps. Facilitators will support both Day 1 Connection Circles (Guided Conversations) and Day 3 Connection Circles (Participant-Driven).
HBA Talks Speakers
Deliver a concise, thought provoking talk that challenges attendees to think differently about leadership, innovation, career growth, workforce transformation, wellbeing, or the future of healthcare and life sciences. HBA Talks are designed to bring fresh perspective, practical insight, and memorable storytelling to the conference experience.
Coaches
Support attendees through focused one on one coaching conversations designed to help them activate goals, navigate challenges, strengthen leadership presence, and think intentionally about their next steps.
