HBA Annual Conference Tuesday Night Activities
Looking for something fun to do Tuesday evening at the 2025 HBA Annual Conference? We’ve got you covered! This series of small group activities, hosted by HBA Member Leaders, will allow you to meet fellow attendees, explore, and make meaningful connections beyond the conference sessions. From Dine Arounds to interactive experiences, these activities are sure to make your experience unforgettable!

PLEASE NOTE: All meetups are pay-your own way, so please be prepared to split the bill or Venmo/Zelle your host. Groups will gather in the Fontainebleau Hotel Lobby at the time specified and depart as a group (unless otherwise noted).
Dine Around: Dinner at TAO & then Rooftop at The Legacy Club
Dinner at TAO Las Vegas is much more than just a restaurant, it’s a multi-dimensional experience spanning fine dining, nightlife, and daylife. With its vivid Pan-Asian cuisine, immersive design, and integrated nightlife offerings, it represents the original and enduring concept of a “club-staurant.” It's as much a destination for epic nights out as it is for elevated dining.

Dine Around: Lip Smacking Foodie Tour - Vegas Sights, Worldly Bites
Not Just a Dinner, it’s a Foodie Tour! Enjoy a feast of mouthwatering global flavors in this 2 ½-hour prime-time tour that starts at 6:15 PM PT and takes you to three of the most celebrated restaurants at a famous Las Vegas Strip hotel (Resorts World, Aria, or MGM Grand. TBD based on our final group size), all with VIP service. Indulge in 3 to 4 signature dishes at each venue, with each spotlighting a different cuisine. The group will be split into smaller groups to mix and mingle at each stop!

Additional Details: Allergies and dietary restrictions must be shared to host in advance. If our minimum group size is not met, the activity will shift to a DIY foodie tour at the Fontainebleau.

For all the Gordon Ramsay fans out there: let's enjoy networking over a tasty meal at Hell's Kitchen.

Additional Details: The reservation is at 7:45 PM PT, so there will be plenty of time to walk or Uber over early to do some shopping before dinner.

Immersive Art Exhibit: Omega Mart - Let's Explore Together!
A casual evening at Omega Mart, an interesting immersive art exhibit at Area15. We'll talk, walk, and immerse ourselves in this surreal art by Meow Wolf.

Additional details: Dress code is casual with comfortable foot attire. We won't be dining together before leaving for Omega Mart, so it is suggested to grab a bite before departure. However, dessert when we get back to the hotel is an option for all who are interested.

Wizard of Oz at The Sphere
Walk or Uber to The Sphere to watch the Wizard of Oz and grab a quick dessert / drink after!

Additional Details: The show starts at 8 PM PT. Please arrive at the Sphere at 7:30 PM PT. Meet at Fountainbleu lobby at 6:30 PM PT for a leisurely walk to the Sphere. Wear comfy shoes and attire.
